Individual-use license

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, copy and adapt the purchased templates for your own personal and professional tasks. You may use the resulting work in your business and deliver resulting emails, reports and other work to clients.

Sharing your finished work is different from distributing the source template library. This license does not promise ownership, exclusivity or non-infringement of AI-generated material; review the output and your AI provider’s terms.

Do not share your login or provide colleagues or clients with access to the paid library under your purchase. Each individual needs their own license. Team licensing is not offered at launch.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish, bulk-extract or redistribute the templates as a collection, prompt product, downloadable resource, or competing library. Editing or reformatting the library does not remove these restrictions.

Weekly updates to your purchased collection are included and appear in your online library. New, separately sold collections are not included. There is no recurring subscription payment for the purchased collection.

Access is through a verified Labescape account and remains subject to the Terms of Sale and Use. Keep your account secure and use the same verified email as your purchase to claim access.

You supply the context and use your own AI tool. Review accuracy, confidentiality, permissions, tone and applicable professional requirements before relying on any result. Illustrative outputs are not guarantees.

The library does not grant rights to third-party material or override your employer’s policies, professional duties, or the terms of an AI provider.

Access to refunded collections may be withdrawn as explained in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Material license misuse may lead to restrictions under the Terms of Sale and Use. For questions about a proposed use, contact contact@labescape.com.

Nothing in this license restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
