• Performance monitoring and reporting
• 90-day traffic and keyword doubling guarantee

3. 90-Day Guarantee Terms

Our 90-day guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• Traffic Guarantee: We guarantee to double your organic traffic as measured by Google Analytics within 90 days
• Keywords Guarantee: We guarantee to double your ranking keywords as measured by Google Search Console within 90 days
• Minimum Commitment: Client must maintain service for the full 90-day period
• Implementation Compliance: Client must implement all recommended changes within agreed timeframes
• Baseline Requirements: Minimum 1,000 monthly organic visitors and 100 ranking keywords at start

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to website, analytics, and necessary platforms
• Implement recommended technical changes within agreed timeframes
• Maintain website functionality and hosting stability
• Provide accurate business and industry information
• Respond to communications within 48 hours during business days

5. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds under our guarantee are processed within 30 days of request
• Setup fees are non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and strategies developed by Labescape remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use delivered content on their website. Upon service termination, clients retain rights to content specifically created for their website.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the service period. This includes business strategies, technical implementations, and performance data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Labescape's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our guarantee covers service performance only and does not extend to business outcomes beyond traffic and keyword metrics.

9. Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Breach of terms
• Illegal or unethical website content
• Failure to implement required changes

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm changes, technical failures, or natural disasters.

11. Governing Law
