The Knowledge Base is a collection of questions asked to customer support with our responses. Questions included here are either too complex to be included in the standard documentation, or limited to a specific set of scenarios. At the present time, only Enterprise Tree Map 2 SDK has a knowledge base available online.

Report a Bug

If you find a bug while using one of our products, please submit a bug report.

In your bug report, please include the following:

  • A description of the bug
  • The steps to reproduce the bug
  • The behavior you expected

If the problem is related to data, please include a copy of your data file, if possible.

Request a New Feature

If you have a specific suggestion for a new feature for one of our products, please submit a feature request.

When requesting a new feature, please describe the problem the new feature will help you solve, and if possible, any alternative features that would solve the same problem in a different way.
